BDA Khata
Overview
BDA Khata is the digital property record issued by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) for sites and layouts that fall under BDA jurisdiction distinct from BBMP/GBA. From September 2024, all BDA properties must have an E-Khata. Without it, you cannot pay property tax, sell the property, or apply for building plan sanctions under BDA. The BDA Khata process involves different portals and procedures compared to BBMP, and errors or incomplete submissions are common. Vault's team is experienced with BDA-specific requirements and manages the entire application on your behalf.
