It maintains digital property records, facilitates online property tax payments, and records ownership details for properties within rural and Gram Panchayat jurisdictions. The system is managed by the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department (RDPR), Government of Karnataka.
Which properties use e-Swathu:

How to Find Your Property PID for e-Swathu?
The Number You Need Before Any Payment
Your PID (Property Identification Number) for e-Swathu is different from the SAS ID used for BBMP tax. It is an 18-digit number assigned to your property in the GP records.
Where to find your PID:
Source | Where to Look |
Any previous GP property tax receipt | Printed at the top of the receipt |
e-Swathu Form 9 or Form 11 certificate | Listed in the property details |
GP office records | Ask with your survey number and owner name |
e-Swathu portal search | Owner name + GP + Village search returns the PID |
Search by owner name instead if the PID is lost. Or check old property tax receipts; the PID is printed on every receipt. If absolutely lost, visit your GP, and they can retrieve it from your record.
